I am a defense lawyer. I strongly believe that king john is innocent and was just doing his duties as the king and trying to improve england. My strongest speaking point is: “England’s society is based on loyalty, and what kind of world are we living in if we don’t have trust in our king?” I expect to see an innocent man walk out of there unchanged. As i will be there by is side in my nice suit making sure he is free.

Some people believe that King John made horrible decisions, but he was only doing what he thought was best for England. King John has helped many nobles and barons become wealthy. They should be thankful for this. King John plans on helping many more people become wealthy. King John is the king after all, he is in charge and should be respected greatly. During the trial I expect to see King John be declared as not guilty. I am using a briefcase for my prop.

Although the Magna Carta enforces that all people must follow the law, King John still has the highest authority and has done many things in the past to benefit the people of England that make up for his actions. As my prop I plan to bring in a leather folder to represent what a modern day lawyer would bring to a court trial. Also, I will be dressed as a modern day lawyer.
